I have one wonderful little girl still available from Woody and Tanze’s December litter. She has some spice to her: has a keen nose and is good at finding mice, likes toys and playing tug games. In order to help better plan litters, support my non-profit organization, and to keep interested parties committed to purchasing a pup, starting 1/1/2025, anyone approved for purchase must place a $100 good faith deposit to be added to the waitlist. Thanks to finally being blessed with a normal-sized litter of pups and the wonderful families who bought pups from me this year, I was able to make a $1000 donation today to my local shelter, Cass County Animal Control in Cassopolis, MI, of which they were very grateful for. Flanders Kennels has a deep commitment to responsible and ethical breeding and breeders giving back to their community to help dogs in need, at rescues and shelters. Unfortunately, as of Jan. 1st, 2022, the IRS is requiring that e-pay services, including PayPal, Ca$hApp, and Good Dog app must report all goods and services transactions as taxable income. As a result, any payments made to Flanders Kennels, LLC using these services will now be subject to a 10% upcharge to cover processing fees and some of the tax burden. Cash, cashier’s checks, and bank/postal money orders are gladly accepted without an additional fee.
